Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts cooked and shredded (I have also cubed chicken breasts and put them in without cooking them first). This time, I used leftover chicken from my rotisserie chicken (so it was a mixture of white and dark meat.
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can of chili beans
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 packages of chili seasoning (I use one hot and one original)
- Shredded cheese for topping (optional)
- Sour Cream for topping (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to the crock pot. (Add a liner if you prefer).
- Cook 3-4 hours on high, or 6-8 on low.
- Top with cheese and sour cream if you prefer...enjoy!
